An energetic class that wakes up and works the whole body.   A repertoire of progressive exercises to keep you strong, challenged and working on your current individual body limits.  This class will put a spring in your step.  
It will leave you feeling full of vitality, alert and focused for the day ahead. 

Suitable for:  Intermediate/Advanced Level 

Not Suitable for: Pilates first-timers or beginners, injuries, pregnant or postnatal or those with medical issues.

A class set at a deliberately slower pace to allow you to focus and fine-tune your technique, movement and flow.   Repertoire exercises to work the whole body and take a holistic approach to strengthen and condition your body, foster flexibility, improve alignment, and ease of movement.

This class takes you through elementary Pilates exercises and foundation sequences.  You will be guided through breath-work when exercising, alignment and flow.   At the same time, you will build strength, improve balance and flexibility while conditioning your whole body.

NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED

Our floor classes are structured so that exercises that are normally done on Pilates equipment have been replaced with a unique combination of Pilates, ballet, and Tai Chi exercises.

LIVE ONLINE CLASS REVIEWS

No chance of making it to the studio with work and family commitments.  The morning class (Invigorate) is a challenging and rewarding workout for the whole body and an enlivening and positive start to the day.  You pack a lot into 45 minutes. It leaves me feeling stronger, stretched and with a spring in my step.

The classes allow me to do two extra sessions a week, complementing my normal once-a-week studio session.  I am much stronger and more supple as a result.  It's also excellent overall maintenance:  I have fewer sports injuries and postural issues from sitting at a desk all day.

Gaetano's choices of routines, variations and corrections maximise the benefit of the exercise, while minimising the risk of injury.  Gaetano regularly adjusts routines so that although the exercises are familiar there is always that bit more to aim for.

Gaetano watches you like a hawk and can spot a bad technique even on a screen.  His vast experience translates really well to the Zoom format.  It's a hard workout for the whole body combined with a great mental wake up call that leaves you feeling highly energised.  Hard but safe.  The results have been superb.

Gaetano is very knowledgeable about both physical anatomy and Pilates and brings this to his teaching to ensure safety and results for his clients.  I work at a faster pace than I would otherwise.  The classes are well thought out and Gaetano gives good corrections and there is variety.
