  • How do I buy a class pack?
    Click on the magenta or hot pink “Buy” button in the page header. This takes you to a the online class packs. Choose your pack and click “Buy Now” This takes you to a 'Checkout' page. Step 1. Sign Up OR Log In. Step 2. Fill in your credit card details (it’s secure, we do not hold any credit card details on this website, payments are made via Stripe payments) Step 3. Type in your email address, this is where your receipt will be sent and is connected to your payment. Step 4. Click “Buy Now” A “Thanks for Your Order" page appears. Click “Got it” to go back to home page. An receipt will be emailed to you as well as an 'Order Confirmation' email that has your order details and also includes next steps about how to book. If you do not receive the 'Order Confirmation' email, check your junk email
  • How do I book a class?
    In order to book a class you need to BUY a class pack first. After you buy a class pack, follow these steps to BOOK a class. - Click on the black “BOOK” button at the top of the page. This will take you to the Live Online Class Schedule page. - Click on any date to see the class or classes for that particular day. Choose a class you want to book - Click the 'Book Now' button on the right of the class time you want to book. A “Book Your Spot” form will appear. Step 1. Type in your details: First Name, Email and Mobile Phone After the first time you do this, the system should remember you and autofill the next time Step 2. Click the “Book it” Button. You can then choose to “Add to My Calendar" and add a reminder to your calandar for your class start. NOTES: - To minimise the volume of emails sent to your inbox from us, you will not be sent a 'Booking Confirmation' email after each booking. - A Zoom link will be emailed to you 30 minutes before the class starts. Please check your junk mail for emails from admin@roseandthornpilates.com
  • Where do I find the video conference (Zoom) link for my class?
    You will need to BOOK a class first, in order to access its Zoom link. The unique Zoom link for the class that you booked will be emailed to you 30 minutes prior to the start of each class. If you don't see your email in your inbox, please check your junk mail for emails from admin@roseandthornpilates.com. Click on the Zoom link from your email to join the class. There is a new and different Zoom link for each class, time and date so you cannot reuse a Zoom link for a different class.
  • Where can I find my class bookings?
    Log into your account on the website. Go to "MyBookings" on the menu bar under your login name. The classes you have booked will be shown here. You can reschedule or cancel your bookings here too.
  • Why didn't I receive any emails from you?
    First check your junk mail and search for emails from admin@roseandthornpilates.com. If you cannot find any, please get in touch with us.
  • How do I see or change the bookings I have made?
    Sign in OR if you are signed in automatically, click on your name on the login bar. A vertical menu will appear below your name. Select ‘My Bookings’ to view and manage your bookings. You can 'cancel' and 'reschedule' bookings here. Tip: It’s easiest to simply ‘cancel’ a booking and make a new booking if you wish to change from a 'Rejuvenate' class to an 'Invigorate' class. You can cancel or reschedule a booking up until 40 minutes before your the class starts.
  • How do I check the expiry date for my class pack?
    Sign in OR if you are signed in automatically, click on your name on the login bar. A vertical menu will appear below your name. Select ‘My Purchases’ to view the class packs (labelled as 'Subscriptions') that you have purchased or received as a gift.
  • Why can't I see any classes available in the calendar?
    To view classes in the calendar, you need to click on a date. We do not schedule any classes on Sundays, so it is likely that if you see a message "No Classes Available", that a Sunday 'date' is selected.
  • Do you sell gift cards?
    Yes. We sell e-gift cards. We have a '14 Day E-Gift Card' that has unlimited live online classes for $49. They are emailed directly to your inbox. Email us to order. If you would like to gift a different package, please contact us to discuss your request.
