You will have an exclusive class that will be designed specifically to meet your individual ability and body goals. Anyone with medical issues, injuries, post surgery or post natal should obtain clearance from their doctors.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 15 minutes prior to the class start time. To reschedule or cancel a booking please log in and go to "My Bookings" to make the changes.
